Prior to filing a building department application with your local municipality there are a few requirements:
Elevation surveys by a licensed land surveryor
Elevation certificates by a licensed land surveyor
Soil boring reports by structural professional engineer
Structurally engineered pile design
Complete architectural construction documents and any necessary structural drawings
Completed building department applications from your local building department or municipality
